At DunRite we are very strategic in our interview process and who we select to put in our shops. Our technicians go through training and are constantly trying to improve their knowledge. We currently have three technicians that are ASE Certified and others that are in the progress of achieving their certification. ASE stands for Automotive Service Excellence, and this certification ensures your mechanic has obtained and displayed a mastery of automotive repair. ASE certifications are only given to mechanics who have completed automotive service and repair training and passed a series of standardized tests demonstrating their knowledge of automotive systems.
Our technicians have years of experience and are very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles. Each technician has a different history of past vehicles. Ask your service advisor at your preferred location if the technicians have experience on your vehicle.
Most of our repairs come with a 12 month 12,000 miles warranty if not stated otherwise. Please seek paperwork and service advisor for more information.
Yes! At DunRite we believe in providing honest and ethical repair to our community. We do a 360 inspection on vehicles and this alerts us if there is any other concern with the vehicle. We inform the customer of the results and will fix the repairs they authorize. Addressing the customer’s initial concern is our number one priority.
We do our best to get our customer’s vehicles back to them in a timely manner. We understand being without a vehicle is very inconvenient. We repair vehicles in order that they arrive and based on the appointment schedule.
